Strength and repetition in muscle building exercises - Muscle Building Program

The first two or three repetitions are going fine. Up goes the pace and hold the contraction for a second there. But already the fourth and fifth is not the total end.
 Tom now adds a bit of his strength and the words "three and then umber" fine diploma.
Absolutely incredible thighs burning and Michal starts screaming really loud. The room even kid comes running from behind the bar with a clear question: "Do you live?”
 But no one hears him. Michal is currently completing the third repetition and Tom he is going to be around half the current weight. "Now it will be better!"
Shout out to Michael and gives him instructions to begin. But this is better! Eased anything?
 This is a question that blended running head at the other reps that simply cannot be completed!
Tom helps him reach him up and mercilessly screaming: "Three, three more".

Then he lands a sharp jab at Tom's chest and forearm strength that's about 20 kg lighter character allows it pushes back on the bench. "Forgets, Forget I said three more".
A Michal to them actually based. One, two and perhaps ten seconds long struggle for the third! End? "No way, I said that we are going twice!" Tom orders a second before it set the lightest burden on what is possible.
